Solutions

The company was launched as a consulting firm, focused on attracting experienced, successful senior marketing and sales executives – all of whom became partner consultants. The firm’s clients were seeking sustainable revenue growth, and the company provided the trained senior consultants to meet each client challenge. The company recruited only the most successful former C-suite business development executives. They were carefully trained in consulting methods and service- based marketing, sales and account management. And the company provided ongoing back-office services to the partners, including negotiation and contracting assistance, monthly client billings, and accounts receivables services.


Results

The company grew very quickly, counting 45 partners in 15 strategic U.S. cities by the end of the first 18 months. Organically funded, operations reached net profitability in just eight months. The impressive, experienced partner consultants were so effective, that many were hired by clients on long-term interim contracts – with some even transitioning in place to become full time C-suite contributors within their client organizations. Successful client engagements continue to yield strong referrals. And the company continues to provide both business advisory, interim executive services, and executive placements for revenue-growth clients across the U.S. and abroad
