Elke Saeubert brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership & executive coaching, training, and marketing & business development.
Elke is a leadership & cross-cultural coach and trainer. She works with leaders to become increasingly effective, balanced, and authentic. She helps her clients to develop new perspectives, behaviors, and skills that allow them to maximize their personal and professional potential. She also helps organizations build truly cohesive and effective teams.
Her coaching approach is tailored to her client’s individual needs. She works with her clients on topics like executive effectiveness, Emotional Intelligence, delegation skills, work-life balance, effective communication styles, leading multi-cultural teams, and adapting leadership skills to changing cultural environments, e.g. in fast-growth periods or post-merger situations.
Elke’s professional experience encompasses serving 12 years as a Senior Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, a leading global accounting and tax firm. She developed and led a team of Marketing & Business Development experts, coached Senior Executives through proposal processes and helped them excel in delivering sales presentations. She was involved in national and international projects and thrived on assisting teams with the dynamics of cultural diversity.
Elke holds a Master of Arts in English, Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, and Spanish from the University of Mannheim in Germany. She is a New Ventures West certified Integral Coach, a certified Associate Coach with the International Coach Federation, and certified in the EQi 2.0 and EQ360 Model, an Emotional Intelligence assessment. Additionally, she is an accredited facilitator for “The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team” training, and trained in and certified to use the intercultural training material of The Interchange Institute.
When Elke is not working with her clients, she enjoys hiking, skiing, running and practicing yoga and mindfulness. She loves to travel in- and outside of the US. She served as a Board Member at Tulsa Global Alliance, the International Coach Federation, and has been an active member of the Volunteers of America Children’s Program Committee, as well as the Event Committee of the German American Chamber of Commerce.
