Ken Farber brings more than 38 years of experience in values based executive leadership, executive coaching, human resources, training and development, finance and accounting.

Ken guides clients to craft and align uniquely creative, profitable, and sustainable cultures in a highly competitive environments from pre-IPO startups to well established public corporations, , helping to craft, staff and sustain uniquely creative, and profitable, organizations and their cultures.

Ken has worked with numerous Silicon Valley icons including Travelocity, Apple, Oracle, Intel, AMD, Cisco, Autodesk, Sun Microsystems, HP, 3Com, Adobe Systems, Novell, Nvidia, Intergraph, Silicon Graphics, The Coaches Training Institute, financial institutions including Citicorp and Security Pacific Bank (BofA) as well as numerous startup companies.

Ken’s broad professional experience has encompassed working in accounting and finance, private equity ventures, executive roles in human resources, educational development and training, public speaking and speaker training, external COO roles for client companies, and executive coaching.

Ken earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Hofstra University, a Certificate in Human Resources Law from the University of California at Berkeley, completed the Certification Program in Social-Emotional Education Training with Human Accelerated Performance, and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach.

A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, Social Emotional Intelligence trainer, and long-standing mindfulness and Iyengar Yoga practitioner, Ken is a firm believer that effective communication is the most effective path to individual satisfaction, productivity, synergy, and the achievement of both corporate and personal goals. Having spent the majority of his career in New York City and San Francisco, Ken and his beloved wife of 20 years now live in Golden Colorado. An active member of his community, Ken serves as the Vice-President of the Genesee Foundation and help establish the Governance Committee of the Foundation, of which he is currently Chair.
